Please note: A service fee of $150 is charged by Queensland Laser Vision to cover bank and administrative costs. The $150 fee is included in the up front payment. A service fee of $49 is charged by Medipay. The $49 fee is debited on your first payment.
For example:
For services totalling $2600
an upfront payment of $1450 ($1300 + $150) is required, with the remainder of $1,300 to be paid over 6 months, i.e. 6 x monthly payments of $216.66 or 12 x fortnightly payments of $108.33.
For services totalling $5200.
an upfront payment of $2750 ($2600 + $150) is required, with the remainder of $2600 to be paid over 12 months, i.e. 12 x monthly payments of $216.66, or 25 x fortnightly payments of $104.
